| Very nice condition WW2 NAVY or Navy infantry combat raincoat. It is a grey color, has a pre-war steel buttons with stars. The coat is attic found at the house where in the pre-war time lived soviet Baltic fleet E-boat commander, who took the part at the battles on the Baltic coast and sea in 1941 year. So, all his personal items were collected by owner of the house, and kept at the attic waiting when the officer returned back for them, but he did not return... Most probably he was KIA, as many others of Naval men who fought in the first months of the war as Navy infantry at the Baltic area. Very scarce item. Worn, but excellent, just one button is missed |
