Mid war issue, US wool made pilotka sidecap in size 57, by Factory «nr 8, Krasniy Voyn» (Red Warrior), as usually they are most unmarked with year, but the stamp and the type of the wool used are typical war time issue. Green enameled field star was probably placed later.
