Bayonet for a three-line russian Mosin rifle, model 1891 with original scabard
Bayonet for a three-line russian Mosin rifle, model 1891. The bayonet was found in one of the attics in France, along with the original leather scabbard. Most likely, the bayonet belonged to one of the fighters of the Russian expeditionary corps who fought in France. There is battle damage on the bayonet: a crack in the place of attachment to the barrel, most likely the bayonet participated in hand-to-hand combat and received a crack, typical for hand-to-hand combat. Otherwise, excellent condition
