M35 NS 64 ex DD Wehrmacht Heer, Luftwaffe re-issued steel helmet. The helmet has Luftwaffe grey overpaint with a partially naked Wehrmacht Heer eagle decal on the left side. The chinstrap is period cut and has broken end, marked with LBA and a some kind of unclear visible unit marking showing the word — " Staffel". Leather is very soft and pliable; liner marked size 56, liner's ring dated 1939 and has some trace of Luftwaffe blue-grey finish. Some usage traces as scratches and minor patina. Lot number 5829.
